In addition to our structured programming, we’ll offer light, mindful excursions each afternoon—designed to help you connect with nature, local culture, and yourself through active mindfulness.

• A guided visit into Sayulita town for sensory exploration and cultural connection
• Time to rest, reflect, or journal in nature
These experiences are flexible and will be chosen the evening before during our group meeting. Each outing includes a mindful prompt—so you're not just “doing,” you're being present with intention.

Note
All activities and scheduled items are voluntary. Everyone is required to show up at the community meeting to make sure you are all integrating and OK, but you are not required to stay.
The biggest value is offered in the meditation class at 11am. Please do your best to not miss these sessions.
