11pm Lights out, practice silence
Special Activities
Walk to the lake, swim at the private beach, walk to the mountain or visit town. These activities are flexible and will be decided the previous day during the night meeting. The intention of those activities is to have fun and increase awareness through the practice of active mindfulness. You will be offered an option on where you want your mind to be.
Note
All activities and scheduled items are voluntary. Everyone is required to show up at the community meeting to make sure you are all integrating and OK, but you are not required to stay.
